The new Opel Zafira Tourer is offered at the same price as its predecessor. Customers have to pay 22,950 euros for the MPV.
Opel will start delivering the new Zafira from January 14th. The Rüsselsheim-based manufacturer has now announced this. The third generation of the MPV costs at least 22,950 euros in the Selection equipment variant. It is just as expensive as its predecessor, which remains in the range as the Zafira Family. The new Zafira, which is 19 centimeters long, only features five seats as standard. The third row with two additional seats costs 700 euros extra for the basic model.
Opel Zafira with three petrol engines
The new Zafira is available with a choice of three petrol engines that generate 85 kW / 115 PS to 103 kW / 140 PS from 1.4 and 1.8 liter displacement. There are also three diesels, each with a displacement of 2.0 liters. They come to 81 kW / 110 PS to 121 kW / 165 PS.
In addition, Opel is again offering a natural gas variant with a 1.6 liter engine and 110 kW / 150 PS. The Zafira reaches top speeds of up to 208 km / h and consumes between 4.5 and 7.2 liters with conventional engines (CO2 emissions: 119 to 169 g / km). For the natural gas Zafira, Opel specifies CO2 emissions of 129 g / km. (AG / dpa / tmn)
