The Seat Ibiza has received a facelift. The price of the small car from the VW subsidiary starts unchanged at 10,990 euros, the station wagon is in the price list from 12,490 euros.
The Seat Ibiza tries to win over customers in the highly competitive small car segment with slight optical retouching and a realignment of the equipment lines. At the end of March, the latest model from the VW subsidiary will be available at dealers. Good news: the entry prices remain unchanged. The three-door version costs from 10,990 euros as usual, the five-door version is in the price list from 11,690 euros. The station wagon called ST starts from 12,490 euros. All three body styles are now available in the Reference, Style or FR equipment lines. Air conditioning is standard equipment from the second level of comfort.
Spanish Polo with a modified rear
The Spanish Polo brother received the typical facelift attributes. These include new designed headlights and bumpers as well as a slightly modified rear. For the interior, Seat has given the small car a new steering wheel, a modified instrument cluster with an improved display and an enlarged glove compartment. That now holds almost eleven liters of storage volume.
There are few changes to report in the engine range. On the gasoline side, it ranges from the 1.2-liter basic engine with 44 kW / 60 PS to the economical 1.2-liter turbo engine with 77 kW / 105 PS to the 110 kW / 150 PS 1.8-liter turbo. The top model Ibiza Cupra with 132 kW / 180 PS will not be relaunched until autumn. The four diesels cover a power range from 55 kW / 75 PS to 105 kW / 143 PS. The most powerful diesel is reserved for the FR variants. Depending on the engine version, manual transmissions with five or six gears or a dual-clutch transmission are available for power transmission. (AG / SP-X)
