Hyundai launches the ix20 shortly after the Paris Motor Show. The manufacturer does not want to announce the prices of the sister model of the Kia Venga until the French capital.
In November, Hyundai will bring the small ix20 van to dealers. The body design of the car with a slim roof line and pronounced rear is based on the compact SUV ix35. The engine range includes two petrol and one common rail diesel. The Korean car manufacturer with German headquarters in Neckarsulm offers an optional automatic start-stop system for all units.
No information on consumption
The most economical engine variant is the 1.4 liter diesel with 66 kW / 90 PS. It is said to consume an average of 4.5 liters, which corresponds to CO2 emissions of 119 g / km. The petrol engines with 1.4 and 1.6 liter displacement produce 66 kW / 90 PS and 92 kW / 125 PS. The manufacturer has not yet given any information on consumption. The prices are also only to be announced at the world premiere at the Paris Motor Show (October 2 to 17).
In all equipment lines, six airbags, ESP, active headrests and a CD radio with USB connection are standard on board, announced Hyundai. The maximum load volume of the 4.10 meter long five-door is 1486 liters. (dpa / tmn)
