Starting in October, Opel will launch five model series as a special Navi model. This creates a price advantage of almost 3000 euros for the customer.
The Rüsselsheim-based car manufacturer Opel will be offering the Corsa, Meriva, Astra, Zafira and Antara model series as special Navi models from October 1st. All vehicles are equipped with a permanently installed navigation device.
Price advantage of up to 2970 euros
Buyers of a Meriva, Astra or Zafira receive the CD 70 Navi, those of a Corsa the CD 60 and those of an Antara the DVD 100 Navi. For the customer, this means a price advantage of up to 2970 euros, as the company announced on Friday. All navigation systems can be operated using the steering wheel remote control.
"Under the motto 'The shortest route is the cleanest' we want to make it clear that avoiding unnecessarily long journeys and bypassing traffic jams using dynamic route guidance also helps to reduce CO2 emissions," said Marketing Director Thomas Owsianski. Anyone who has their old vehicle scrapped when buying a special model also receives a scrapping bonus of 1000 euros. (AG)
