The wave of autumn travel continues on the weekend from October 19-21. The vacation travelers are held up especially by the numerous construction sites on the way to or from the vacation.
Autumn vacationers will also be in the majority on the highways this coming weekend. While the holidays begin next weekend in Bremen, Lower Saxony, Saxony, Thuringia and the Saarland, the second week in Hesse begins, they end in Schleswig-Holstein and North Rhine-Westphalia. The ADAC expects a lot of traffic jams as numerous motorway construction sites will slow down the flow of traffic. • A 8 Karlsruhe - Stuttgart - Munich - Salzburg
• A 9 Munich - Nuremberg
• A 61 Mönchengladbach - Koblenz - Ludwigshafen
• A 93 Inntal triangle - Kufstein
• A 95 / B 2 Munich - Garmisch-Partenkirchen
An almost identical picture prevails in neighboring countries. There are also numerous holidaymakers on the go, whose urge towards the mountains is weakened by construction sites.
