The oldest Opel dealer in Germany is the first to take the modern road. The model is ordered online, advised in the Cayu store close to the center and driven.
Opel goes online. On September 1st, the so-called Cayu-Store opens in the Milaneo shopping center in Stuttgart, with which the new Opel can be conveniently bought. The name Cayu stands for Car for You.
“Buying a car couldn't be more casual, modern and easier. Cayu is clear, transparent and easily accessible. Just like Opel is a modern brand you can touch,”says Opel Marketing Director Tina Müller about the new concept.
Preconfigure online at home
The model can be preconfigured online at home or ordered straight away before going to the shopping center for the 170 square meter store that the Staiger dealership operates as the oldest Opel dealer in Germany, as the Rüsselsheim company announced.
“People in metropolitan regions are used to being able to do everything close to the center. Together with our partner Autohaus Staiger in Stuttgart, in the age of digitization and using the most innovative technology, we have developed a shopping experience especially for the needs of these customers,”says Opel Germany boss Jürgen Keller.
Two weeks delivery time
In the Cayu Store, trained employees are waiting to answer questions from interested parties over coffee or to accompany them on a test drive. Of course, you can also start configuring in the showroom and finish it at home in the online shop. Opel promises favorable leasing offers specially tailored to young customers. In around two weeks, the new model should then be on the doorstep. There is a right of return for 30 days.
“It couldn't be faster, easier or more risk-free,” says Marketing Director Christian Löer. “The store in Stuttgart is a first, important milestone for us - getting to know the vehicles, sales and payment processes have already been greatly simplified here. We will consistently continue this concept. "(AG / TF)
