Pushing for a short time
It is considered coercion and therefore a criminal offense if the man behind is forced to drive over a kilometer to 40 km / h on the motorway. Conversely, jostling is not to be assessed as criminal if the vehicle in front is driven up to five meters over a distance of 170 meters.
The courts have also not classified it as a criminal offense if the jostling only takes place for a short time of around twelve seconds. However, if a distance from the nudger is shortened to less than one meter, then this is considered a criminal because the person in front is intensely threatened, according to the magazine.
