The EuroNCAP crash test has again distributed stars. In addition, collision warning and brake control from Mitsubishi and Fiat received an award from the authorities.
The Honda CR-V and the Citroën C4 Picasso passed the EuroNCAP crash test with the highest grade. Both the SUV and the family van got five stars. While the family van from France was launched on the German market almost two weeks ago, those interested in the compact SUV from Japan have to wait until October.
Praise for Fiat's city brake
At the same time, the Mitsubishi collision warning system FCM ("Forward Collision Mitigation" system) for collision avoidance in road traffic was recognized by the safety organization as being particularly advanced. The collision warning device celebrated its premiere last year with the introduction of the new Outlander, which also received five stars in the safety test.
