The Association of the Mineral Oil Industry spoke on Monday of isolated supply bottlenecks for gasoline and diesel - especially in North Rhine-Westphalia, where there was a general driving ban for the transport of dangerous goods. In eastern Germany there were no problems at the beginning of the week, it was said.
