The ADAC expects smooth traffic on the highways for the weekend of March 25th to 27th. There are no holidays and the number of ski fans is decreasing.
The ADAC expects only a few traffic jams on the freeways for the coming weekend. There are currently no federal states in Germany on vacation, and even abroad, students everywhere go to school again. However, day and weekend trippers as well as holidaymakers who are not bound by vacation dates can still cause obstructions on the paths in and out of the winter sports areas in the Alps. This is to be expected especially on Saturday on the following routes:
• A 3 Frankfurt - Würzburg - Nuremberg
• A 7 Würzburg - Füssen
• A 8 Munich - Salzburg
• A 9 Munich - Nuremberg
• A 93 Kufstein - Inntaldreieck
• A 95 / B 2 Munich - Garmisch-Partenkirchen
• A 99 Munich bypass
On the highways abroad there is now largely calm. Only on the most important transit highways and on the direct roads to and from the ski slopes in Austria, Italy and Switzerland are even shorter delays into account. (AG)
