The start was successful. Since the start of the order process, 50,000 customers across Europe have opted for the new Opel Crossland X.
The new Opel Crossland X is popular with customers. As Opel announced, 50,000 customers across Europe have opted for the Rüsselsheim-based crossover model since the start of orders in March. "We are very pleased about the great demand for the new Opel Crossland X," said Opel sales manager Peter Küspert. As he added, customers would rely heavily on the Crossland X on driver assistance systems.
Around 50 percent of customers choose the reversing camera or the panoramic reversing camera. It increases the rear viewing angle up to 180 degrees. The parking pilot and acoustic parking aid, which 40 percent of customers choose, are popular with buyers.

Almost one in four orders the automatic parking assistant, which automatically detects spaces and then also parks them. Also popular with customers are full LED lights and the ergonomic seats from the Healthy Back Campaign. Küspert can be pleased that most customers choose the high-quality Innovation equipment line when ordering. This year, Opel will also be launching the Crossland X's big brother, the Grandland X. With this, Opel is continuing its SUV offensive alongside the Mokka X. (AG)
