Ram's Rebel is by no means a gentle fellow. The concept car developed by the Fiat Chrysler subsidiary has no problems with its 575 hp even in the most impassable areas.

The F-150 Raptor is to Ford what the F-150 Raptor is to the Fiat-Chrysler brand Ram, the rebel, which with its generous performance, thick off-road tires and more ground clearance wants to be much more than just a packhorse. With the Rebel TRX study, Ram shows how you can take the hustle and bustle of this power truck to extremes.

Instead of a tuning version pimped up with a few add-on parts, it is a profoundly modified and completely rebuilt hardcore interpretation of the Rebel. A lot of effort was put into the chassis, which with its wider track and significantly more suspension travel almost reached the level of competence of desert racers. Corresponding to the Rebel, beadlock rims with extra-wide 37-inch off-road tires were strapped under the significantly raised body.

Under the hood, a 6.2-liter V8 mobilizes 575 hp thanks to supercharging, which is distributed to all four Ferris wheels via an eight-speed automatic. An exhaust system emerging on both flanks in the side skirts promises a distinctive sound. While an open differential is used at the front, the TRX has an electrically switchable differential lock from Dynatrack at the rear. There are four driving programs that can be activated at the push of a button. If you really want to let it rip in the desert, you should switch to the off-road mode called Baja.

Also the interior of the Rebel TRXwas trimmed sportier. There is a sports steering wheel flattened at the bottom with shift paddles for the automatic, sports seats with six-point seat belts that are strongly contoured around the shoulders, a special gear knob and textile loops as door openers.
