Buyers of a natural gas model can now also benefit from Skoda. The VW subsidiary increases the bye-bye bonus for its G-Tec models by 2000 euros.

Skoda offered an additional bonus of 2000 euros when purchasing one of its natural gas models. The VW subsidiary currently offers two natural gas models, the Citigo G-Tec and Octavia G-Tec. Together with the bye-bye bonus, buyers of a Citigo save 3750 euros and those of an Octavia benefit from the full subsidy of 7000 euros, as the company announced at its German headquarters in Weiterstadt.

Octavia G-Tec with a range of up to 1,330 kilometers

The Skoda Octavia is on the road with a 1.4 TSI turbo gasoline engine with 110 hp and a z-speed direct shift gearbox. The vehicle has both a petrol and a natural gas tank and thus has a CO2 emission of 98 g / km. With its bivalent drive, a range of up to 1330 kilometers is possible. 910 kilometers are possible in petrol mode. The price for the Octavia G-Tec starts at 22,250 euros, the combination variant starts at 22,950 euros. The 7,000 euros premium must be deducted from this price.

The Citigo G-Tec has a 1.0 MPI engine and thus consumes 2.9 kilograms of natural gas per 100 kilometers. The CO2 emissions are 82 g / km. The price is 12,720 euros minus the premium of 3750 euros. The offer is valid for all customers who exchange a diesel vehicle with emissions standard 1 to 4 for a new Skoda-G-Tec model. The campaign runs until the end of the year. (AG)
